I’m sick of feeling like the world’s playing a big joke on me, and I just don’t get it.

It’s a blizzard outside.  I do not exaggerate: everything is white, the ground is completely covered with show, and the winds are creating drifts.  Just for the record, it’s April 25th.  When will the insanity end?

I graduate in 11 days.  I have no idea what I want to do with the rest of my life.  I’m very frightened…like a kitty.

Yesterday we (the trifecta and a boyfriend) went to see Hillary and Obama speak in Grand Forks.  It was amazing.

Every time I hear that woman speak, my feelings about her are reaffirmed.  She knows her stuff.  She offers solutions.  She talks to those in need, and she cares.  If people could get over the gender bias, stop telling her to make sandwiches, and listen then they would see that her words contain substance.  They would see what she has offered.  They would see that she is a president.

Obama is a powerful speaker, I won’t deny that.  But he doesn’t bring solutions.  He doesn’t even bother bringing statistics or examples.  At the speech last night, he didn’t even mention the specific needs of North Dakota.  His speech could have been delivered in any state, with the exception of the introductory comments.

Last night confirmed for me that Obama is the rock star and he will probably win this primary election because people can’t get over what Hillary is wearing or how she wears her hair.  None the less, I still hope with my whole heart that she will win.  I believe that she can clean up the mess that Bush made of this country.
