There are three important things I must do today:

1. Give a fabulous presentation in my french phonetics class
2. Ask my professor for an extention on my paper
3. Tells Nancy Jones straight up that she’s wrong

I can do these things.

I despise Nancy Jones, and I don’t care who knows it.

Yes, somebody set the fire alarm off in the townhouses.  And I was pissy about it…until the firemen showed up.  As they were walking away, dejected, having found no fire to fight, I offered my apology:

“Sorry we didn’t deliver on the goods.”

They had a good laugh about that.  Allie and I did too.

Many wonderful things happened yesterday, and I shall present them in list form because I like lists:

1. Free short stack and IHOP for international pancake day
2. Happened upon Cookie Tuesday at Sunmart where delicious, soft, chocolate chip cookies are 15 cents each
3. I consumed exceptionally delicious mac and cheese for lunch followed by a cookie sandwich
4. My yoga class was the best ever to date, and I’m very sore today
5. I only had one appointment at work so I got 2.5 hours of paid homework time
6. When I returned from work, my front row parking spot was awaiting me
7. Watched one hour of “Super Bad” while working out and decided that, though I haven’t seen the beginning or end, it’s not a bad flick

Today: not so bad either: Myth paper, moved to Friday next.  Now, should I survive midterms next week, we shall celebrate the good fortune.

I wish I could just crawl into my bed, go to sleep, and never wake up.
